M.I. Yamani, M.D.
Dr. Yamani attended medical school at the Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at New Rochelle Hospital Medical Center in New Rochelle, New York. Dr. Yamani has authored publications in peer-reviewed medical literature including, Importance of Advance Directives in Critically Ill Patients – Journal of Critical Illness in 1995. Dr. Yamani has professional affiliations with South Hospital, Largo Medical Center, Mease Countryside Hospital, Mease Dunedin Hospital, St. Pete General Hospital and BayCare Alliant Hospital.
Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Erin Butler, APRN
The education of Nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are the foundations of everything Erin does both professionally and personally. Erin started her career as an RN in the Emergency Room in Atlanta, Georgia and then worked as a Nurse Practitioner in urgent care and primary care in Fayetteville, Georgia. She has been in primary care since 2005. Through the years, preventative medicine has been her passion; Working together with patients to learn how to take care of their bodies and minds for better health.
Melissa is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. She completed her undergraduate work at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and her graduate work at the University of Florida. As a facilitator of the Love and Support component for All Care’s Intensive Cardiac Rehab Program – Dean Ornish’s Program for Reversing Heart Disease, she helps participants develop the feeling of being safe with that group of people. She helps participants feel welcomed when they arrive, how to feel comfortable, relaxed, at home, and at peace. In addition to working with All Care, Melissa also provides services in child welfare.
Stress Management Specialist, Marketing Consultant
Wendy was born and raised in a small town in upstate New York where she discovered early in life her passion. She grew up with healthy role models where her dream to teach fitness classes would one day come true. Her Wellness Career started in the Military in Arizona. She received her Bachelors of Science in Health Service Management from California College for Health Sciences. For the past 10 years, Wendy has managed and consulted for large commercial accounts on Wellness programming and implementation. Collectively having 22 years of experience in fitness, nutrition, stress management, exercise and holistic health, Wendy continues to stay up to date on the shifts in wellness and fitness.

LD – Licensed Dietitian
Britney is a new addition to the All Care Wellness team coming on board as our Nutritionist. She grew up in the state of Virginia, but attended elementary school in Germany where her Father was stationed in the Air Force. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Britney originally started off studying Biology, her minor, but after the first year of undergrad switched to the field of Nutrition because of her love for science and food. Following graduation she went on to receive her license as a Nutrition & Dietetic Technician through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2012. Over the past few years she has worked in various nutrition specialties including Weight Loss, Meal Planning, Consulting, Clinical Nutrition, and Diabetes Management. She is in the process of obtaining her credential as a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) through the Florida Department of Health. She believes that a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are the best ways to feel better and improve quality of life. In her spare time she enjoys interior decorating, being involved at church, and trying creative recipes on Pinterest, playing tennis, and spending time with family. She is very excited to be involved with the vision of All Care Wellness and to start working with patients on healthy lifestyle changes.

Tanisha brings 15 years of administrative leadership experience acquired during her tenures in veterinary medicine and hospitality operations. A member of the All Care Team since 2013, her keen sense for attention to detail and natural focus on the client experience have allowed her to become a valued leader in administrative operations at All Care. Her personal journey and passion for health & wellness made her an obvious choice to lend support and direction to All Care’s growing list of Wellness services.
MS, RD, LDN
Leanne has practiced oriental medicine for over a decade with significant experience in administering Acupuncture treatment, prescribing Chinese herbal remedies, and formulating Western and Eastern nutrition programs leading to quality-of-life changes. She started her career in Oriental Medicine by graduating from East West College of Natural Medicine with a Bachelor of Science of Public Health and a Masters in Oriental Medicine. Leanne is a licensed Diplomate of Oriental Medicine under the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Charlie Mack is an Exercise Physiologist who works with cardiac, pulmonary and PAD patients to help them obtain a better quality of life through exercise.
He believes that safe exercise can be beneficial in fighting most if, not all, chronic disease.
Charlie has worked at a local hospital for over 25 years where, among many things, he helped a patient lose over 200 pounds and avoid bypass surgery.
Charlie holds a BS degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida and is BLS and ACLS certified.
